The breakfast selection was good and the staff kept the area stocked and clean in the morning, which made our mornings bright as we prepared for city adventures. The hotel's location allowed us to explore nearby spots like the beautiful Capital Area Greenbelt less than 4 km away and the historic City Island just 4.5 km down the road, making our weekend getaway truly enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay—especially enjoyed the awesome breakfast with the fresh pancake machine, the clean room with comfy beds, and the cool AC blasting at a perfect 64 degrees!

Breakfast had a great variety, especially the sausage gravy and pancakes. Hallways needed better cleaning, looked worn down.

The location is excellent, just 25 minutes from Hershey Park, and conveniently situated off the highway near restaurants and gas stations. The breakfast experience stood out with a fresh pancake machine and quality options like sausage gravy and biscuits. Unfortunately, I encountered significant cleanliness issues upon arrival. the lobby had a strong sewage smell, and the room reeked of mold. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, with dirty bedding and a neglected bathroom, which overshadowed the positives.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring delicious options like sausage gravy and fresh pancakes. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with great amenities including a microwave and Keurig machine. However, the walls were a bit too thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Cumberland, An Ihg Hotel. The breakfast was amazing, featuring options like sausage gravy & biscuits, fresh pancakes, and a variety of drinks. Our room was spotless, with a comfy bed and convenient amenities like a Keurig, microwave, and fridge.

The room I got was decent and spacious, but it felt kinda outdated. The breakfast was a win – really enjoyed it! Watched a guy run like the wind on the treadmill while I was just trying to keep up! Just a bummer there wasn’t much variety for breakfast, and the common areas could use a cleanup.

The common areas were accessible and well-kept, with soft chairs and tasteful decor that made for a cozy atmosphere. It was a lovely reprieve after a long day, particularly for those who might need a little extra help moving about.

Better signage for room locations would help immensely.
